The estate is offered on a full buyout basis and includes:
- 9 en-suite bedrooms, up to 18 guests
- A 100 sqm sea-view wellness shala, fully equipped (mats, blocks,
bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, sound system, incense, palo santo)
- 18-meter infinity pool with shaded areas
- Multiple outdoor practice and sunset spaces
- On-site team: villa manager, private chef, and housekeepers
- Daily cleaning and evening turndown
Upper House
In the Upper House there are 4 bedrooms including 3 with seaview and a possibility of connection for families. Each room has a pergola terrace and stunning views of Kea.
Middle House
The Middle House have 2 large bedrooms with seaview. Each room has a pergola terrace and stunning views of Kea.
The Main House has 2 large bedrooms including Villa Nāos master bedroom with its large terrace overlooking the Swimming Pool and with a breathtaking seaview of the Aegean Sea.
Pool House
In the Pool House there are 2 bedrooms with seaviews. The rooms have a common pergola terrace and a stunning view of Kea.
Living & Outdoor Serenity
Inside, the villa boasts spacious living areas adorned with tasteful furnishings and curated artwork. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. Guests can indulge in the ultimate relaxation, either lounging in the stylish living room or enjoying an al fresco meal on the bohemian pergola terrace.
The outdoor pergolas are a sanctuary of serenity. The private 18 meters long infinity pool invites guests to cool off while soaking in the panoramic views.
Yoga Pavilion
The wellness shala is 100 sqm, fully covered and shaded, comfortably fits 20 to 22 people with mats.
We also have the pool terrace and the chess terrace, both uncovered.

All food and beverage is mandatory for every stay. Our private chef
works with seasonal, market-driven Mediterranean produce.
