Host your retreat at a beautiful villa rebuilt from a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse just a few kilometers away from Canelli, in the Province of Asti. The property is surrounded by mountain views and vineyards and also includes a private pool and an outdoor dining area that can be enjoyed at all times!
Location
Canelli is a charming village nestled among picturesque vineyards in the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato region of Piedmont, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The villa is reached via a paved road and has convenient access to shops, services and nearby transport links. The area is known for its prestigious DOCG wines, including Moscato d’Asti and Barbera, as well as its historic wine cellars and UNESCO-listed vineyard landscapes. Canelli is a lively centre for wine tourism, home to renowned producers and atmospheric underground cellars carved into the tufa rock. Seasonal events, truffle fairs and food festivals bring the town to life throughout the year, while the surrounding countryside offers scenic routes through rolling hills, hazelnut groves and historic villages.
Five independent suites, each with its own kitchen and private living space.
The layout includes four apartments and a studio, making it ideal for guests seeking flexibility and privacy. All units are equipped with private kitchens and living areas, offering a high level of independence. The house is arranged over three floors, connected by an internal stone staircase.

Reformer Studio
In the basement is the large gym specifically equipped for those who want to practise Pilates which can be used only if accompanied by a certified instructor.
The equipment is all Merrithew equipment. There are 16 major pieces: 8 SPX reformers with towers, 8 Split-pedal Chairs and all accessories such as boxes and jump boards.
Also accessories such as stretch bands, foam rollers, fitness circles, Exercise balls:; multiple sizes, stability cushions, resistance loops, foam head cushions, full size mats, mini stability balls.
In addition, there are heavy duty outdoor mats for yoga or mat Pilates next to the pool.

Our hotel in the Dolomites is located in the wonderful Lüsen valley, at the foot of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. The rooms and suites of the Naturhotel Lüsnerhof in the Alma nature residence and Lusina nature residence are alpine sleeping jewels made from pure earth elements: Dolomite rocks that are millions of years old, larch and Swiss stone pine from the surrounding Lüsen forests, old wood and stone from the nearby Gargitthof farm, as well as atmospheric clay plaster walls and high-quality materials from nature, such as Laas marble and organic mattresses.

In our nature conscious hotel, we await you with regional and seasonal dishes made from local organic products of the highest quality. The menus at the Lüsnerhof are always fresh, light, and healthy.
Close contact with the farmers in the Lüsen valley and its surroundings ensures short transport routes and thus ecological management in the sense of sustainability.
With care and love, a wide variety of vegetables are planted, including forgotten varieties in our own garden on 2.000 square feet. The result: a colorful selection of organic crunchy and nutritious vegetables with a true, original and genuine flavour. A delicious breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner are included in the rate at Lüsnerhof.
Herb and Vegetable Gardens: The hotel has its own organic veggie gardens where herbs and vegetables are grown for use in the restaurant and spa.
